Responsibilities and Duties:
Receive claims from CMT, generate and release SAP claim orders to operations, follow up with production team to complete the orders being processed efficientlyWork with QA and engineering team to define CMT claim causesGenerate CMT claim to sister plants for “POH” Escalators, moving walks and defective components, follow up the CMT claims status and communicate it to internal and external customers timelyCollect and summarize claim information, provide it to QA and other functions to complete further analysis and track root cause of claimsCommunicate quality issues / corrective actions to the field, monthly.Works cross-functionally to assist in reduction of product and process cost through shared input from customer and field techniciansEnsures all necessary transactions are completed timely and...
