- Fresh Graduate(s) in Mechanical or Facilities Management related study
- Assist manager to prepare budgetary quote for tenders
- Assist manager in preparing materials and ordering materials etc
- Monthly report
- Assist in planning and implementing preventive maintenance schedule and carry out regular inspections of properties and facilities
- Proactive and self discipline
- A. Certificate or Specialist Diploma in M&E Coordination or Mechanical Engineering (Green Building Technology)
- B. Ngee Ann Polytechnic: Diploma in:
