Responsibilities
+ Ensure safe operations on the job site and oversee the proper use of personal protective equipment.
+ Assist with planning, organizing, and monitoring construction activities, including schedule management and reporting.
+ Conduct quality assurance inspections to ensure compliance with the project scope and maintain accurate QA/QC logs.
+ Assist with cost control by monitoring project logs, addressing scope gaps, and preparing change orders.
+ Manage materials by tracking deliveries, inspecting for compliance, and requisitioning supplies as needed.
