**Services:**
Consultant will provide the following services:
**Summary:**
• Works to ensure the Bluepeak network is being constructed to Bluepeak's network and operations standards.
• Present on fiber optic construction projects to ensure that the construction of Bluepeak's Fiber Optic Outside Plant, both aerial and underground, to include fiber, conduit, field electronics, and splicing and enclosures are being constructed to meet or exceed Bluepeak standards. Consultant will inspect the product of Bluepeak construction crews and will coordinate the remediation of any issues which prevent Bluepeak from accepting the constructed plant. The OSP /FE may be called upon to create, review, and approve detailed field records of the installed infrastructure. The OSP/FE will consider the impact on construction, installation, and future maintenance in developing when assessing the fiber infrastructure. Focused on the post-construction aspects of ...
