General Accountabilities
The Health and Safety Advisor partners closely with operations to support the safe, reliable execution of work across field sites. This role places a strong emphasis on building and sustaining a positive safety culture by engaging employees and contractors in safe work practices and shared accountability. The Health and Safety Advisor supports the effective implementation and ongoing maintenance of the Safety Management System by working alongside operations to ensure processes are practical, understood, and consistently applied.
