Job Description
Field Instrumentation Inspector required on contract bases for 12 months
Requirements
- B.E in Instrument/Electrical/Electronics and certified or have comprehensive knowledge and experience of 10 years in field instrumentation inspection at refineries or petrochemical plants.
- Knowledge of Instrument installation standards, Hook-up drawings and loop diagrams, P&IDs, basic calibration concepts. Familiar with field instrumentation (Pressure, temperature, flow, level instruments valves & positioners).
- Inspect installation of field instruments as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Witness and approve all the loop test in the field.
- Check tubing, impulse lines, and mechanical installation quality.
- Prepare daily inspection reports.
- Witness and verify field calibration and loop checking of instruments (pressure, temperature, flow, level).
