Job Description
Key Responsibilities Assisting with data collection via engaging respondents via online or through manual collection methods. Accurately enter collected data into the system and ensure data integrity. Conduct field visits for respondents who cannot be reached via phone. Update call outcomes and survey progress daily using assigned tools (e.g., Excel). Collaborate with team members to achieve survey completion targets. Prepare accurate daily reports on productivity and survey completion. Review and correct (“clean”) survey data flagged for errors or ambiguities. Maintain detailed case notes for each respondent to support follow-up actions. Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and provide valid reasons for any deviations. Meet established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Requirements Minimum Diploma qualification in Business, Marketing, or related field.
