Job Description
Essel Skilled Trades is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic with Valve Experience.
What you'll be doing:
+ New installation, retrofit and repair pressure, temperature, differential transmitters, and general process instrumentation pressure, and process control instrumentation at customer’s facilities.
+ Calibration of field instruments such as level, pressure, and temperature transmitters.
+ Troubleshoot process control equipment, including motor operated valves, field measurement instruments, and final control devices.
+ Perform MOV diagnostics.
+ Take field measurements which are needed for design of retrofit of MOV mounting hardware.
+ Design mounting brackets and couplings to connect valves and MOV's.
+ Interact with customers to promote service contracts.
+ Conduct customer trainings.
+ Assist customers with problem resolution.
+ Assist with shop assembly needs as time permits.
