Job Description
- Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns (digital, in-branch, on-ground)
- Track campaign schedules and ensure timely implementation
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and HR teams for smooth execution
- Monitor marketing performance and prepare basic reports
- Support event planning and promotions
- Assist with influencer and vendor coordination
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (fresh graduates welcome)
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Preferably interested in aesthetics, wellness, or service industries
