Joyce is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to take ownership of our lead generation efforts across both events and neighborhood marketing while developing a high-performing team.
This is a hands-on, field-based leadership role where you will generate leads, set appointments, and coach your team to consistently exceed performance goals. Events provide immediate lead volume while neighborhood canvassing is the primary driver of growth in this role. You will be expected to lead from the front in both environments, with a strong emphasis on building and scaling canvassing efforts within your market.
