Job Description
Summary
Responsible for network integration and support to ensure delivery of products and services of the company are meet accordingly. Also responsible for circuit activation and troubleshooting, act as the mobile field service engineer on assigned open tickets to resolve customer affecting issues in a timely fashion in order to maintain maximum customer satisfaction.
Minimum Requirements
- Education: Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering, ECE or related field of study with a network engineering focus.
Relevant Experience
- 1. With experience in the related field is a plus.
- 2. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Basic understanding of network infrastructure and network hardware.
- 3. Ability to implement, administer, and troubleshoot network infrastructure devices including routers, switches and controllers.
