Job Description
As part of our growth, your tasks will be the following:
- Field work. Door-to-door visits to clients for debt collection efforts.
- Plan a course of action to recover outstanding payments.
- Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans.
- Handle questions or complaints of client for his/her outstanding balance.
- Meet company target for recoveries.
Qualifications
- Means of doing field visits (Motorcycle, Bicycle, e-Bike, Car, etc.).
- Previous work experience not required but field collections/field sales/TNVS/delivery rider experience is a PLUS.
- Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- At least High School Graduate or finished Grade 10.
