Responsibilities- Runs day-to-day field operations across robot deployment sites
- Designs and runs the shift system including rosters, handover protocols, and overlap management
- Owns shift coverage, incident response, and operational performance
- Coordinates with the Deployment team on site readiness, commissioning, and handover from pilot to operational status
- Owns fleet uptime and service-level performance targets across operational sites
- Drives continuous improvement based on field signal, recurring incidents, and operator feedback
