Responsibilities
- Understand and perform safety responsibilities such as hazard identification, equipment lock‑out, emergency response, and follow safe work procedures.
- Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulatory requirements and take corrective action if needed.
- Effectively communicate with operations, engineering and management staff.
- Operate field equipment safely and efficiently.
- Troubleshoot process problems and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization while working closely with Lead Operators and Coordinators.
- Monitor field well performance and facility conditions using SCADA systems.
- Maintain superior housekeeping standards throughout the field and facilities.
- Support the maintenance team in scheduling activities and enter required work orders to keep equipment maintained to high standards.
