Attend events (activations, markets, trade fairs, presentations at client premises, conferences, etc.
in order to promote the business and gather prospects for the channel pipelines.
Sales; convert prospects in channel pipelines to customers, manage customer referral and achieve monthly sales targets Customer service; call all existing customers to conduct customer satisfaction surveys, answer any queries and ask for referrals.
