Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated, disciplined, and results-driven Field Sales Executives to drive merchant acquisition, customer engagement, and hub expansion initiatives across assigned territories.
This role is not suitable for individuals seeking a routine desk-based position. The successful candidate will spend the majority of their time on the ground, conducting field research, identifying growth opportunities, engaging with merchants, building strategic relationships, and executing sales initiatives that directly contribute to revenue growth with strict KPI Targets.
The ideal candidate must possess strong discipline, excellent communication skills, high accountability, and the ability to perform under strict KPI requirements. Fresh graduates with strong ambition and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
