Job Description
This role will focus on direct sales and promotion of Vaporesso/Dojo products within the South Africa FMCG retail market. The candidate must be able to actively sell into convenience shops and tobacco retailers, driving product adoption and revenue growth.
Responsibilities
Retail Sales & Promotion: Conduct regular in-person visits to retail shops, convenience stores, and tobacco outlets. Actively pitch and sell products, ensuring Vaporesso/Dojo items are stocked and promoted.
Account Development: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with store owners and decision makers, identifying opportunities to expand sales.
Market Monitoring & Feedback: Track competitor activities, pricing, and consumer preferences in the FMCG/vaping retail space. Share insights with HQ to refine sales and marketing strategies.
Brand Visibility: Negotiate for increased shelf space and in-store visibility. Execute promotional activities to strengthen brand awareness.
