Job Description
The Field Sales Supervisor is responsible for leading and managing a team of field sales agents to achieve sales targets for telecom products and services. This role ensures effective territory coverage, strong customer acquisition, and consistent execution of sales strategies in assigned areas. The supervisor also monitors performance, provides coaching, and ensures operational discipline in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support field sales agents in assigned territories
