Field Sales Supervisor Job Description
- Implement Sales & Marketing strategy of the Division / Product range in the market.
- Ensure / implement that the Sales Force is properly equipped, trained, and motivated to achieve their targets by providing best service practices to the customers.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with the decision makers in the market to achieve the set targets
- Ensure that the Sales personnel are adhering to the company policy & guidelines,
- Ensure Brand objectives are met as per the guidelines of the Division Manager,
- Direct the Sales personnel in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the respective territory / channel.
- Conduct strategic meetings with customers, negotiate and sign Business Development Agreement (BDA) & ensure implementation
- Conduct regular sales meetings to evaluate the performance & take corrective steps to drive sales.
