Responsibilities
- Installation, maintenance, and repair of flow cytometers according to technical documentation.
- Independent diagnosis and resolution of technical issues at customer sites.
- In collaboration with sales colleagues, inform customers about technical service offerings such as service contracts.
- Ensure customer satisfaction based on the customer satisfaction score.
- Maintain data in the internal ERP system.
- Regular participation in training sessions on technical innovations, including abroad.
