Job Description
Job Summary:
Implement PSS - DeltaV DCS services, including AMC, PWAMC, CAMC, ST, ST, ST, Chargeable Services, Ad hoc services under Lifecycle Services.
Provide system support for DeltaV Systems, DeltaV Batch, DeltaV SIS, DeltaV Charms, DeltaV SIS Charms, VIM, Third-party communications, System Maintenance, and in-house service support.
Support to lifecycle services sales for AMC Renewals, Spares, Add-On, Expansion, Upgrade, Software opportunities.
Delivering services in alignment with SMO Standard .
In this role, your responsibilities will be:
'Will be responsible for managing DeltaV installed base across Central Region.
Will be allocated Active AMC / Service Contracts for Maintenance Contract Execution which will consume – site visit days annually including travel.
Expected to generate additional revenue by adding new service contracts in the region.
