As a Field Service Engineer, your mission is to deliver expert repair services for our technological solutions, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction while maintaining the highest safety standards. You are dedicated to optimizing the performance and durability of your customers' technology through your specialized skills. Your role is vital in supporting the operational success and technological progress of the industries that depend on these solutions.
You will:
• Perform installation, commissioning, scheduled maintenance, troubleshooting, and field support at TSMC.
• Accurately understand customer requests and communicate them to the Field Service Team Leader.
• Work effectively both independently and within a team, demonstrating self-motivation, discipline, and a customer-focused mindset.
• Respond promptly to after-hours calls, ensuring a maximum response time of two hours.
