About the job Field Service Engineer (Home Appliances) Responsibilities Field Service
- Attend service repairs as directed and according to daily tour plan
- Provides Installation and maintenance of home appliances
- Troubleshoot and maintain at customers site
- Work closely with Technical Trainers to identify, share and discuss for service improvements and completion of jobs
- Maintain and Manage customer relations. Acting as Point of contact for customers on technical and service-related issues
- Payment collections and related until closure for service jobs done.
- On-site sales of services, appliances for replacements and/or maintenance products
- Perform parts pre-prepping activity as required
- Maintaining and responsible for vans stock issued for daily requirements
- Participation in stock take (Half-Yearly)
