Overview

Hire Resolve is partnering with a leading company in the IT industry to recruit a skilled Field Service Engineer for their Cape Town location. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support, maintenance, and troubleshooting services for the company’s products.

This person handles first and second-line support and installation of network switches, routers, IP telephony systems, and other customer equipment at their site. They will install and configure Cisco and Huawei equipment and Ascidian NID devices. The job also includes racking and stacking equipment in the VB pops.
