Responsibilities
- Deliver on‑site services such as installation, planning, site inspection, and system deployment.
- Troubleshoot, resolve problems, and perform repairs and fixes.
- Perform system upgrades and engineering changes.
- Conduct calibrations and preventive maintenance.
- Provide customer training sessions.
- Trigger alert processes appropriately to prevent excessive customer anxiety.
- Communicate proactively with customers, negotiating alternative solutions and tracking activities until problem resolution.
