Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve technical issues on equipment, process and software
- Perform installation / de-installation from layout to commission
- Trouble-shooting and customer support
- Perform continual improvement program, parts overhaul, preventive measures, modification and repair work on equipment
- Provide technical advices/solution and support to achieve better quality, productivity and cost objectives
- Liaise with customer for design conceptual and requirement
- Keep track of engineering changes, prepare and update machine operation manual all documentation
- Preparation of technical issue report
- Responsible for 24/7 on-call duty
- Min. Diploma in Mechatronics/Mechanical/Electrical
- Engineering/Semiconductor or its equivalent
- Good communications & organization skill
- PC relevant knowledge
