Provide maintenance and repair service to customers.To perform the day-to-day service operations and activities for compressor/ expander. To repair and maintain equipment and deal with service cases on site To contact with customers to identify difficult problems and provide total solution. To initiate technical advice to customers to minimize equipment downtime. To provide reports to Service Supervisors in terms of summarizing technical issues, customer concerns and potential requirements for aftermarket other products. Remote support to customers.
