This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong background in unified communications, contact center technologies, and network engineering, who is passionate about solution deployment, integration, and automation. The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of their solutions, from planning and design to deployment, integration, and support. This includes on-site and remote installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware and software, as well as the development of automated workflows and AI-driven solutions.
