Our client, a well-established company is seeking an experienced Field Service Manager to lead their Cape Town service team. Role Purpose
Oversee a team of Service Technicians, drive operational excellence, build client relationships, and support the growth of the Boiler Management System (BMS) as a revenue-generating platform.
POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements B Tech: Mechanical Engineering or N. Dip Mechanical Engineering Gas Practitioner License 8â10 years' experience in an industrial/engineering environment 3â4 years' installation experience with burners and boilers (green energy, gas, and oil) Ability to issue COC certificates Electrical knowledge (ELC1 and ELC2) Strong team leadership and problem-solving abilities Computer literate â MS Office Suite, MS Teams (Accpac/Xero advantageous) Key Responsibilities Scheduling and planning of service team projects, installations, and commissioning Mentoring and...
