Job Summary
Field Service Engineer to provide installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair services for industrial pump systems (centrifugal and reciprocating). The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands‑on field experience, strong technical pump expertise, fluency in English (written and verbal), and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, commission, troubleshoot, and repair various industrial pumps (water, chemical, oil & gas, etc.).
- Lead pump commissioning activities, including startup, operational checks, and client handover.
- Support in the resolution of warranty issues.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and provide solutions for pump failures or inefficiencies.
