WHAT YOU WILL DO:
The Field Service Supervisor leads our talented team of Field Service Technicians in getting our customers back to work. As a Field Service Supervisor, you will manage the day-to-day Field Service Department operations, be the first point of contact in communication with our customers during and outside of regular business hours, dispatch service technicians, and lead the service staff.
