Job Description
What you’ll do:
The primary function of the role is to provide Field Sales and Field Service teams with pre- and post-sales administrative support, including maintenance service administration, dispatching, product related services as well as managing product problems/warranty and application assistance received via phone, email or Web. The role also incorporates providing products / spare parts and service selection assistance to customers, end users, field sales, IT Channels, distributors and resellers for designated territory. Develop service related awareness / knowledge for internal and external customers and represent the company towards customers. Partner with field sales to support and influence designated sales goals. • Administrate service maintenance tasks of all types carried out by field services work force using relevant databases and applications to ensure up-to-date data for all customers at all times
