This role is responsible for supporting field service operations through effective scheduling, coordination, and administrative oversight. The position works closely with factory personnel to ensure seamless execution of service activities, track project progress, identify potential risks, and recommend corrective actions. Responsibilities include collecting and analyzing data related to field performance and customer feedback to support continuous improvement.
