Overview
Technical Service Specialist with previous industrial mechanical experience needed to support industrial doors. This is an on-site role in Guadalajara and requires up to 50% travel to customer sites.
Responsibilities- Interfacing with customers via phone and email for troubleshooting and product functionality
- Traveling to customer locations for installations, assessments and repairs
- Documenting data obtained during all technical service activities
- Certification in mechanical or electrical systems or equivalent work experience
- Three+ years experience in a technical support role, preferable in a manufacturing setting
- Working knowledge of/experience with mechanics, electrical panels, VFD drives, PLCs and industrial controls
