The Opportunity
As a Field Service Technician, you will play a key role in maintaining the reliable operation of traction transformers across customer sites and in our factory. You will perform hands‑on repairs, diagnose technical issues, and support customers directly. With your practical expertise, you will collaborate closely with internal teams and contribute to continuous product and process improvements.
How you’ll make an impact
Always follow safety standards and company procedures during both field (60%) and factory (40%) activities.
Perform on‑site repairs and servicing of traction transformers, delivering prompt and professional solutions.
Conduct field repairs, electrical diagnostic testing, and oil treatment at customer locations.
Support failure investigations through disassembly, root‑cause analysis, and the preparation of technical reports.
