About the role
As the Field Service Technician for Carrier, you’ll be establish professional in New Equipment Modernization responsible for project schedule updates, report documentation, and acts as the primary contact with customers. Resolves customer issues and escalates more complex issues as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Field Service Technician, you’ll be responsible for:
Maintain and perform repair on all refrigeration equipment and perform troubleshoot on all HVAC equipment
Manage all allocated Service Sites and operate various Centrifugal, Screw & Reciprocating chillers and oversee all maintenance activities for various technicians
Monitor all resources and ensure optimal utilization for same and achieve all customer objectives and provide support to all equipment and perform calculations and implement various plans for HVAC
