Field Service Technician

Responsibilities
- Install and configure copiers, printers at client’s location and ensuring all equipment is setup properly
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on copiers and printers.
- Provide technical support to users, offering guidance on how to operate the equipment effectively and efficiently.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of parts and supplies
- Document work performed on equipment.
- Providing excellent customer service. Communicating effectively with clients to address their concerns and ensuring the satisfaction of the services provided.
