Based in the Rochester, NY area, they design, manufacture, and support advanced MV equipment used in critical infrastructure and industrial applications. They are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Technician to support customers across the United States.
Job Summary:
The Field Service Technician is responsible for on-site installation support, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, and customer training related to medium-voltage electrical distribution equipment. This role serves as the direct technical liaison between customers and the factory, ensuring equipment operates safely, efficiently, and to specification. Candidates should expect to travel up to 60% of the time to customer sites nationwide. When not traveling, work will be performed at the Rochester, NY facility.
