Position Summary:
OPEX Corporation is looking for a Part-Time Field Service Technician who enjoys hands-on work and helping customers keep their equipment running smoothly. This role is well suited for individuals who’d like to use their technical skills, and work a flexible, part-time schedule—without the demands of a full-time role.
Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for the day to day maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of mail opening, document scanning and/or material handling equipment Installing and setting up new equipment Interact with customers to understand issues and clearly explain solutions as well as keep customers informed during service visits and answer questions Complete service documentation and reports Keeping the customer informed as repairs are made and answer any question that may arise.
