Location: Philippines. This field service role requires extensive travel to customer sites nationwide.
Responsibilities
- Perform mechanical, hydraulic, and electronic/electrical testing, installation (or PIPs), troubleshooting, and repair of cranes.
- Perform inspection, diagnosis, and/or crane health checks for customers nationwide.
- Conduct operator trainings and commissioning on new or used cranes sold to customers.
- Prepare field service reports and provide recommended parts and maintenance to customers.
- Complete required reports and documentation including field service reports and timesheets.
- Attend service trainings as prescribed by the company to improve technical competencies.
