What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- Class 2B License or Class 3 Driving license (Both minimum 2 years)
- Work on Weekends as per work schedule/overtime if require
- A team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision
- On job training will be provided.
- Support the preparation and deployment of terminals
- Support the retrieval and replacement of terminals
- Support fault call servicing
- Perform the configuration and download the parameter in accordance to the merchant’s requirement
- Upgrading of company terminals on-site.
- Briefing of Merchant on usage of company terminals, and queries by the merchant on the functionalities of the payment terminals
- Troubleshoot and Service terminals on-site, including ECR connectivity issue, network related issue, and transaction error
