Job Description
- Monitor the operational status and performance of Robotic Products.
- Conduct routine checks and basic housekeeping for Robotic Products to ensure optimal functionality.
- Respond promptly to technical issues as the first line of support.
- Provide Tier 1 support for operations-related issues , either remotely or on-site.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher-level support or management as necessary.
- Prepare service and maintenance reports, as well as other relevant operations documentation.
- Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Operations Team.
Job Requirements: - Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a technical or engineering-related industry.
