Responsibilities- Investigate and resolve customer complaints and product failures in a timely and professional manner
- Provide after-sales technical support, troubleshooting, and on-site service to distributors and end customers
- Perform installation, commissioning, and on-site training in accordance with project scope
- Review and support the processing of warranty claims from a technical perspective
- Provide standby support for customer assistance
- Support a wide range of diesel generator sets, from small to large capacity, including service and technical training
- Conduct technical training for distributors and dealers to enhance service and troubleshooting capabilities
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and well-organized technical and training documentation
