As a Field Service Technician III, you will perform maintenance and technical support on our products such as equipment, integrated systems, subsystems, and software at customer and/or field locations. You will be responsible for installing, operating, maintaining, repairing, modifying our products, and updating/tracking the status of all field equipment. Building and maintaining effective customer relationships and providing onsite training are also key responsibilities.
