Job Description

A leading distributor of electrical, automation, and control products is looking for a Field Service Technician to join their team.

The Field Service Technician delivers hands-on technical support directly at customer locations, ensuring installations, repairs, and maintenance of products are carried out efficiently, safely, and with the highest standard of professionalism.

 Responsibilities:


  • Execute on-site service tasks, including product installations, troubleshooting, repairs, and routine maintenance.

  • Provide second-line technical support to customers, escalating issues where required.
