Position Summary The Field Service Technician will support our fuel cell products currently installed in electric lift trucks by performing preventative maintenance and resolving breakdowns. This person will install and service fuel cells at specific customer locations, report breakdown events, order parts, and maintain fuel cells. The role involves exposure to customer personnel and lift truck operators, requiring excellent technical, communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills. Core Duties and Responsibilities Maintain and service fuel cells at customer sites. Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and evaluations to keep the fleet operational. Execute specialized service procedures, including field retrofits, software and hardware upgrades. Provide on‐call and emergency support to customers as required.
