Job Description
Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
- Responsible for representing the service solution to customers and at field events such as troubleshooting, repair, modification, calibration, verification, etc.
- Preventive Maintenance / Calibration for all level equipment
- Installation of equipment
- Attend to break‑fix and customer technical issue
- Attend to customers' technical inquiries and provide technical support to ensure customers' satisfaction
- Interact with customers’ technical teams
- Develop customer's staff by providing technical training
- Self‑Improvement initiatives: Commitment to complete assessment and training plan within timeline
What You Need to Succeed
Mandatory
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical) / Science (Chemistry/Physics) or related field
- At least 2-3 years working experience in a Service environment
