Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer service calls to troubleshoot technical issues and perform on-site inspections and emergency repairs to minimize downtime.
- Conduct testing of various types of EV charger during and after installation, ensuring proper commissioning procedures are followed.
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and proactively identify and report technical abnormalities.
- Effectively communicate with HQ colleagues to ensure timely root cause identification and resolution of technical issues.
- Diagnose and resolve equipment and system faults effectively.
- Manage service partners, including onboarding and refresher training, case assignments, and periodic performance evaluations based on service KPIs.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of service activities to ensure full traceability.
