Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate daily on‑site operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and in full compliance with engineering specifications.
- Supervise, motivate, and manage on‑site installation teams, fabricators, and sub‑contractors; assign clear daily tasks and monitor performance.
- Conduct rigorous quality inspections of all installations with zero tolerance for defects, marks, bumps, or structural issues prior to client handover.
