Summary of Duties The Electrical Field Superintendent is responsible for overseeing and directing field operations for commercial, industrial, and/or service electrical construction projects. This role provides leadership to field personnel, ensures projects are completed safely and efficiently, and drives productivity, quality, scheduling, and workforce coordination across assigned projects. The Electrical Field Superintendent serves as the primary field leader and works closely with project management, clients, general contractors, subcontractors, and field leadership to ensure successful project execution.
